Workshop E is a design studio founded by Ebbi Boehm. Drawing from a background in architecture and exhibition design, Workshop E focuses on small-scale objects that explore materiality, form, and construction at an intimate scale.

Boehm holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, where their design work was recognized with numerous honors, including the 2025 Metropolis Future 100 award, the Atkin Fellowship, the Dales Fellowship, the Walter R. Leach II Fellowship, and the Will M. Mehlhorn Fellowship. They were also invited to serve as a design juror at the university for the 2024–2025 academic year.

Their professional experience includes exhibition design at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, where they contributed to curatorial layouts and spatial strategies for major exhibitions; fabrication work at the studio of artist Carol Bove, assisting with large-scale sculptural installations; and at GRO architects and Phillips Win Architecture, where they work as an architectural designer.

Workshop E was founded as a space to investigate the sculptural and functional potential of everyday design through handcrafted and experimental processes.
